The words echoed off the walls as we fade in from a black screen. Sitting on a steel char, cigarette dangling from her mouth, is Melody. Wearing dirty blue jeans, an Oasis t-shirt, Chucks, and a grey hoodie, she looked like she had one too many drinks the night before. She leaned forward and took a drag before blowing the smoke from her mouth.
“I took an L. I lost. I blew it. I had a chance to regain what is rightfully mine and I fumbled the ball at the one yard line. But, things are going to change. I’m going to change. With everything in me, I can promise you all this - I will rectify this situation. I will do what needs to be done to earn another shot at the Heritage Championship.”
She ran her free hand through her hair. She smirks.
“And this healing process begins with Olivia Areano. Yes, cunt princess herself. Ms. Upset Queen seems to have gone into hiding since losing her title. Well, here I am. I lost but am I hiding my face? No, here I am ready to go to war again.
That is what separates us. I dust myself off. I get back up. I live to fight another day.
