Fight or Flight

The camera’s fade to Equinox leaving from another companies locker room to head on a plan to make his flight CWD’s Walk of Fame against Hollywood Honors Champion, Anaquin Adams. Nox has chipped paint as he exits the doors to head to his private jet to head towards CWD just a few hours away.


Nox gets aboard the plane and settled in as he reaches to open his duffle bag. He finds his camcorder and clicks it on as it make a [BEEP]



Nox: “Needless to say things have not been going good for the Highspot Hero. Maybe I did that to myself. I went above and beyond to make a name for myself. I refuse to let this year fall down and short. Anaquin Adams you retained over me and three other people last show. I will not disown the fact that you are a great wrestler. I will not take you lightly because not many people have beaten me this year. I have only lost a handful of times in CWD. But I won’t let that be a constant.”



Nox chuckles as you can see a spark in his eye.



Nox: “I am focused on you and the Hollywood Honors Championship you hold, and I am focused on reclaiming the championship to my legacy. In time CWD will become a global stage and I intend to make sure it goes there. People lately want to question my run in this company as it was short with the Heritage title but let’s not forget I have been chasing it since it came to light. But now the honor’s title has my undivided attention and I will forever be grateful to you and the company, adams. You guys bring the fire and I will bring the rain. I will make sure that honor’s championship goes places it’s never been. I can and will beat you, Adams.”


Nox take a moment to think



“Losing the Heritage title was bitter sweet. I was surely expecting not to go anywhere in this but the rest of the CWD management still sees something in me. I am more than willing to risk it all. You though Anaquin Adams, you have become something of a universal superstar and I commend that. You have a heart of a warrior. But that won’t stop me from pulling out all the stops to face you.”



Nox smiles at the camera using his free hand to feel his face



Nox: “Adams, I bet your thinking I am just out to take your title and not treat it with respect but your wrong my friend. I want to help make that title important. I want to make a difference. I can do that. But to do that I have to beat you.”


He pauses before continuing


“Look at the heights Maki put the Pride Championship too. I want to do that for this championship.”



Nox looks out the window as he watches the plane start turning to prompt it would start to take off.



Nox: I am done losing. I don’t care if I have to hit you with a Dark Kingdom or Purple Rain. I will fight until my last breath if that is what it takes. I will also fight until your last breath if that is what it comes to. I will bring the energy this place needs and the rain if need be over this Dark Kingdom. I believe you are a great competitor and a greater fighter. So, do not take it personal when I will do everything to beat you, my friend.



Nox takes a deep breath


Nox: I will pull no punches, I will show no mercy, and I will give you every last drop of fight and heart that I have. All I ask of you is that you do the same out there. I know you’ll give me a good fight.



The plane starts taking off and Nox watches the sky with a smile



Nox: I was the 3rd ever Heritage Champion and now after Walk of Fame I will be the next Hollywood Honor’s Champion.I have only given up once in this sport in my entire life, and you can see it on display for the world right behind me. I can promise the High Fliers that I will never fail you guys again. I will never give up again. I will pour all of myself into this match, and leave absolutely nothing in reserve, I will leave it all out there in the middle of the ring. I always have and I will continue.



Nox lets his right pointer finger glide along his face



Nox: Give me your best Adams. Fight me with all you have. Fight me with that fire that beats inside you and show me what it means to be Honor’s Champion. I respect what you can do but nothing will stop me from beating you, I’ll bring the rain. Purple Rain…Purple Rain. Welcome to Wayward Dreams.


Nox cuts the feed as it starts raining rain….but oddly enough Purple Rain.
